I could not be happier with our experience at Little Diamonds. My daughter (just turned one) started just after lockdown and we were still able to have a settling in period (where we sat outside for one hour a day with the key worker). Now she is attending 4 full days a week and every day we get a detailed report (via an app) on what she has eaten and done during the day. I have always felt they have been honest with us on how she is getting on (for example there was a period she wasn’t eating much or napping). The menu at the nursery is very healthy and varied. Our daughter is very happy there and all of the nursery workers are friendly and have welcomed her with open arms (they all know her name). The nursery has been particularly good during Covid-19 as they have been able to section off the outside area to keep the children’s “bubbles” separate and also there are a few entrances/exits to the nursery. When I’m at work I’m able to relax knowing she is happy and in safe hands.

My daughter has been at Little Diamonds for 2 years. I have always been happy with the care she received there - staff are warm and fun, and deal reasonably with difficult situations. She has particularly enjoyed her time there since entering their preschool-age group- the activities she takes part in during the day are varied, creative and support her development. I receive detailed feedback daily giving me a good sense of what she has been up to. Their focus on providing high-quality nutritious food is something I value, particularly as my daughter is such a picky eater at home! My daughter was recently seriously injured (not in the nursery, but over the weekend) and the staff were brilliant. Once she could return, they welcomed her back, providing closer attention to ensure her bandage did not get wet or dirty. They also spent lots of time with me understanding the detailed steps required to redress her wound if required. I always feel confident in leaving her in their care.

Really happy with the care my daughter is receiving at Little Diamonds. Brilliant settling in period, so she was able to transition happily. The staff are really attentive, welcoming and friendly. They seem to be very passionate about their jobs, so we feel really comfortable leaving our daughter with them. I would recommend the nursery wholeheartedly.

An amazing nursery with great staff and excellent leadership. My child is well looked after and have developed a lot from when he first started. There have been lots of new changes and developments to the nursery which has made the nursery 10x better. I feel safe leaving my child in the hands of Little Diamonds staff as they have never let me down. They are always welcoming and always there to help if needed. The management is very visible, hands-on and communicates very well with parents and the children.

The activities they carry out are excellent, as it allows the children to learn and enjoy at the same time. They have outside play which is encouraged throughout the year. This is really important for me and my wife. Some of the things they have at the nursery which I found really good was the mud kitchen in the garden and the water tables.

They also promote healthy eating which is one thing my family and I are trying to achieve. I would highly recommend this nursery to everyone.
