Our Staff Team

Our friendly nursery staff team are available to answer any questions that you may have.

They are able to manage a wide range of behaviours to ensure each individual child’s well-being meets their full potential of development.

From our experience, the children benefit most when adults adopt a consistent and positive approach to the management of their behaviour. Our staff team are sensitive to each child’s individual needs throughout their learning at this setting. This will include their cultural and family backgrounds, their developmental stage of learning. We promote British Values, Rules of Law, Democracy, Mutual Respect and Tolerance of different Faiths and Beliefs and Individual Liberty.

Children are not born with an understanding of the rules of acceptable behaviour – they have to learn them, and adults here support and guide them to do this.
